How We Work
The company is designed to help you achieve success from Day 1. There is a fun & productive work environment that will make you feel accomplished and fulfilled.
Appointments & Leads Provided
The company will create warm leads and appointments that will be assigned to representatives. Leads and Appointments will be within a 45 mile radius of a representative’s residence.
Weekdays 9:00am - 5:00pm
Schedules are set around a restaurant’s slowest timeframes. We cannot bother a restaurant owner or manager during their lunch or dinner rush. Nor could we speak to them on the busiest of holidays; which means, major holidays are off too!
Competitive Pay
A representative should make ~$55,000 in their first year. There are compensation plans in place to give a representative a roadmap to $100,000. Plus, with gas/toll reimbursements and bonuses announced a representative should never feel underpaid.
About Our Coaches
There is a training period where a representative will be shadowing and learning from some of the best in the business.
Industry Experience
There is over 20+ years of experience amongst the Coaches in both the restaurant industry and sales.
Product Coaching
Product knowledge and training will be provided heavily on the onset and ongoing to keep a representative sharp.
Proven Methods
A representative will learn and mimic proven methods of sales to ensure a high closing ratio..
