These services are designed to help businesses streamline their operations, improve transaction management, and enhance their marketing efforts. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms:

We provide consulting services for businesses looking to implement or optimize Point of Sale (POS) systems. These services include:

  • Assessment and Recommendations: We evaluate your business needs and recommend the most appropriate POS system(s) to improve operational efficiency, based on your industry and specific requirements.

  • System Integration: We assist with the integration of POS systems into your existing infrastructure, including hardware, software, and payment processing systems.

  • Training: We provide training for your staff on how to use the POS system effectively, including how to process transactions, manage inventory, and generate reports.

  • Ongoing Support: We offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for your POS system to ensure optimal performance.

2.2 Payment Processing Consulting Services

We provide comprehensive consulting for businesses looking to implement or optimize their payment processing systems. These services include:

  • Merchant Account Setup: We help businesses set up merchant accounts with payment processors and provide recommendations on the best merchant service providers based on business needs and volume.

  • Payment System Integration: We assist with integrating payment gateways into your POS system, website, or mobile app to enable seamless transactions.

  • Optimization and Cost Reduction: We evaluate your current payment processing setup and offer suggestions on how to reduce transaction fees, optimize payment flows, and increase transaction efficiency.

2.3 Marketing and Advertising Consulting Services

Our marketing and advertising consulting services are designed to help businesses attract more customers and grow their revenue. We offer:

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide Core Consults, LLC with the necessary access to your business systems, data, and team members required for the successful execution of the consulting services.

  • Communicate promptly and clearly regarding your business objectives, challenges, and expectations related to the services.

  • Ensure that your business complies with all relevant regulations related to POS systems, payment processing, and advertising.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

The fees for consulting services related to POS systems, payment processing, and marketing and advertising will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates, are as follows:

  • Consulting Fees: Fees will be based on the scope of the services rendered, either on an hourly rate or flat-fee basis, as agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, or as otherwise specified in the service agreement.

  • Late Fees: A late fee of 15% will be applied to any unpaid invoice after 7 days from the due date.

5. Deliverables and Timelines

We will provide the following deliverables within the timeline specified in the service agreement:

  • POS Systems Consulting: Detailed recommendations, system integration plan, staff training materials, and post-implementation support.

  • Payment Processing: A full assessment report, merchant account setup, payment system integration, and security compliance documentation.

  • Marketing and Advertising: A customized marketing plan, campaign strategy, performance reports, and advertising analytics.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify the client of any significant delays.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the consulting services, including but not limited to business operations, customer data, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Consults, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of consulting services, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Core Consults, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services after the changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
